Babe's in Roanoke, Texas: You won't find better fried chicken or a better atmosphere than at this all-you-can-eat, family-style landmark six miles from Texas Motor Speedway. The wall-mounted menu is charmingly simple: fried chicken or chicken-fried steak and endless creamed corn, mashed potatoes, biscuits and green salad.
