Used for powering large LED arrays, SP7606 can also be used for dc/dc conversion in boost, flyback, Cuk, and SEPIC configurations. Internally compensated 1.2 MHz boost controller is suitable for driving any number of topologies using low side switch. Output feedback disconnect eliminates leakage path from input source during shutdown so that shutdown current is less than 80 [micro]A. Contained in Pb-free, 2 x 3 mm 8-pin DFN package, device operates from -40 to +125[degrees]C.
