This past Christmas season it became popular to say Happy Holidays instead of the traditional Merry Christmas. In fact I was told by many sales persons that they had been directed to NOT say Merry Christmas because it might offend someone. Seems strange to me that as so many of the Christmas songs say Merry Christmas over and over again and yet it is now banned commercially. What kind of Social Hypnotism are we fostering? What was the intention of the merchants? Were they fearful that their sales would drop if they removed the reason for the season--the Christmas present?

In mind dynamics we are told and it has been proven by Quantum Physics that what we focus upon becomes our reality. If we are fearful we will attract situations that prove our fear is correct. I wonder if that was the intention of the merchants. I doubt it.
