Ethics is the buzzword of the future. But do we really understand what is required of us to become ethical managers? This article suggests techiques that will help sustain ethical leadership, and increase the ethics level of employees.
Buzzwords change dramatically with time. First it was Milton Friedman who said "Profit" is the only goal of a business (Primaeux & Stieber, 1994). The "profit" buzzword soon became "human resource management" allowing us to somehow think we were a little more humane.
