The first line of an AP report tells the story: "The United Nations has expressed regret that undercover Cuban officials attended a U.N. news conference on human rights, where they sought information on a French journalist asking critical questions about Fidel Castro's regime." The journalist was questioning a U.N. envoy to Cuba, Jean Ziegler. Ziegler is a Swiss sociology professor, and a close friend of the Castro regime. That is a scandal unto itself.
