COLUMBUS, Ohio -- MAX & ERMA'S co-founder and longtime chief executive TODD BARNUM has relinquished his executive title to ROBERT LINDEMAN, who also will continue to serve as president, the company said. The change in leadership comes as the regional casual-dining company continues to seek "strategic alternatives" that could include a sale to franchisees or other parties, or the infusion of an equity investment, according to a press statement.
