DraftFCB has hired Graham Pugh, the creative director at the direct agency WDMP, to be its new creative director, as part of a wider restructure of the creative department.

Pugh, a copywriter by trade, was the creative director at WDMP. Before that, he worked at FCB on accounts that included Unilever and Bestfoods He has also held copywriting roles at BMP DDB and Team Saatchi.

Separately, the agency has also hired Alix Pennycuick as a digital creative director. Pennycuick joins from Candi ...
