Oct. 30--East Kansas League, week 10

Hey everyone, can you feel it? It's that time of year again -- the state playoffs are finally upon us. I'll share some quick thoughts with you about last week's games and do some quick previews of this week's top games.

*Honestly, I'm not too surprised Blue Valley played Blue Valley West tough last week -- they led BV West 9-7 in the third quarter before the Jaguars pulled away. Blue Valley is a proud program, and I'm sure those seniors wanted to go out on a high note. Upsetting BV West would have accomplished that.

*Blue Valley Northwest won a gut-check game last week against SM…
