Oct. 29--All nine teenagers who escaped Oct. 20 from the Hogan Street Regional Youth Center in St. Louis have been returned to custody.

Police picked up the last youth from his home Sunday night, said Tim Decker, director of Missouri's Division of Youth Services.

The youths, 14 to 16, escaped from the lock-down home for serious juvenile offenders, at 1839 Hogan Street.
