Oct. 29--The Vikings' latest loss didn't come down to one mistake or bad decision, but each played a part in the outcome.
Adrian Peterson's ill-fated choice to field the second-half kickoff at his 1-yard line, and coach Brad Childress' subsequent decision to challenge the play, were part of a pivotal sequence in Sunday's 23-16 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.
