Power play nothing special as Flyers fall.

Oct. 26--TAMPA -- When the power play lacks power and the special teams, in general, are hardly special, bad things will happen.

Take last night.

The Flyers went 0-for-6 on the power play, squandering 8 minutes, 14 seconds of time with at least a one-man advantage and fell to the Tampa Bay Lightning, 5-2.

Although the Flyers gave up the first goal for the third consecutive game and were skating uphill most of the night, the game remained salvageable for 54 minutes.
