Dare has promoted Nick Emmel and Toby Horry as joint planning directors, giving them responsibility formerly held by the planning partner, John Owen.
Owen, who will retain his job title, will focus on general management at Dare, as well as working with the Cossette UK group, including Miles Calcraft Briginshaw Duffy, on cross-agency strategy.
