Taylor Wimpey, the recently formed house-building company, is talking to agencies about its estimated pounds 20 million media planning and buying business.
The move follows the merger of George Wimpey and Taylor Woodrow in July. The company has approached incumbent and non-roster agencies to pitch for the account.
