Penske Logistics Names S.A. Director.

Penske Logistics named Bill Scroggie to succeed Gary Franz as managing director for South America. Franz will return to the United States as vice president for sales and strategic accounts.

Scroggie goes to South America from his position as vice president of operations. In his ten years at Penske Logistics, Scroggie is credited with direct responsibility for global growth of Penske's relationship with Ford while he was general manager for Ford Motor Company operations.
