Miniature Solid Carbide Thread Mills are designed for machining materials such as stainless steels, titanium, K-monel, hastelloy, and inconel. Available in 1- and 3-flute versions, with latter suited for high-volume output needs, design eliminates possibility and consequences of tap breakage. There is no need for hand tapping during full bottom threading applications, and bottom threading can be performed to within 1 pitch. Thread length varies from 0.125-0.328 in.
