Supplied in 257-ball LFBGA package, SC6600R GSM/GPRS mobile baseband IC is based on single-chip technology. Integrated multimedia functions include support for 2-megapixel digital camera and video camera, CD-quality music playback, stereo sound output, 30 fps MPEG4 playback, and Bluetooth interface. Low-power design features 3 V for I/O, 1.8 V for core, and GPRS Multi-Slot Class 10.
