Ryder System agreed to acquire Canadian truck leasing company Pollock NationaLease.
The privately-held firm brings more than 2,000 vehicles and 187 contract customers to the deal. The combined network will operate under the Ryder name, complementing Ryder Canada's market coverage and service network.
