Not being a big fan of the sport, I wasn't too thrilled initially at the prospect of having dinner at a golf club. Visions of a stuffy dining room filled with clubhouse bores and food reminiscent of school dinners plagued me, but I needn't have worried after all, as Blades is a golf club restaurant Four Seasons-style. And style is the operative word at this gleaming glass and chrome venue located in Dubai Festival City.
