The Department of Homeland Security announced that it would issue new regulations aimed at employers who receive "no match" letters from the Social Security Administration. Such letters are sent to businesses that file W-2 forms on which the name and Social Security number of an employee do not match. In most cases this means that the employee is an illegal alien.
