Most public high schools don't need a sign like that.
But at the troubled charter school in east Fort Worth, new boss Howard Dunlop wants to erase any doubt.
Two months after state investigators recommended punishing Lee for 2005 test cheating -- and one month after the school was again rated unacceptable -- a new executive is promising better results.
Dunlop, a 30-year Fort Worth teacher and principal respected for his work at Como Elementary, has taken a consulting job running Lee.
