Con-way will look to John G. Labrie to spearhead long-term growth at the $4.2 billion trucking and logistics company''s LTL subsidiary that has been lacking under former President David S. McClimon.

Labrie, the new president of Con-way Freight, was previously senior vice president of strategy and enterprise operations. Labrie will also attempt to differentiate the $3 billion LTL''s service options to provide more value to customers.
