Aug. 9--DOVER -- Along with the freshly waxed floors and repainted walls, Capital School District students are likely to find a few other things have changed when they go back to school at the end of the month.
Students at South Dover Elementary School and Central Middle School will probably be witness to a bustle of activity as plans for upcoming construction as a part of a $46 million referendum get under way.
District supervisor of buildings and grounds, Joseph Hamblin, said architects for the construction of a new South Dover Elementary School and for the demolition and reconstruction of the gym and renovation of the auditorium at Central Middle School will likely be approved at Wednesday's district board of education meeting.
