Aug. 8--NAPA -- The Raiders on Tuesday released their initial depth chart for the upcoming season. Naturally, it includes a handful of surprises. However, it's the positions lacking a clear-cut starter that provide the most interest.

Fifteen of the 22 offensive and defensive starters are firm, at this point. First-year coach Lane Kiffin lists the seven other positions as up for grabs.

Most notable, Kiffin lists Daunte Culpepper, Josh McCown and Andrew Walter as equals in the competition for the starting quarterback vacancy created by the offseason dumping of Aaron Brooks.
