Aug. 8--The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga men's basketball team will face at least six teams that participated in the 2007 NCAA or NIT tournaments during the upcoming season.

The Mocs will play primarily a Thursday-and-Saturday schedule during the Southern Conference season and play every team in the league twice.

"If we can survive our nonconference schedule -- which I plan on -- we will be tested," coach John Shulman said. "We're going to play some good people."

The schedule also features the strongest Dr Pepper Classic field in recent history with Belmont, Wright State and Murray State coming to McKenzie …
