Marcus may drop management contract for Sheraton Mayfair. (Marcus Corp.; Sheraton Mayfair Inn)

The Marcus Corp. has managed the Sheraton Mayfair Inn for 20 years. It may not manage it much longer.

The Milwaukee entertainment and hospitality conglomerate's agreement to manage the hotel, 2303 N. Mayfair Road, expires in May, and some analysts are guessing Marcus may not renew the management contract for the 150-room hotel.

In a recent report on Marcus, Leon Dodge, an analyst with G[S.sup.2] Securities Inc., a Milwaukee brokerage firm, said the Sheraton has only "generated modest contributions to corporate profitability."
