Finally there is a voice of reason in the CIA-leak case. It belongs to federal judge John Bates, who in mid-July threw out a lawsuit by Joseph Wilson and Valerie Plame Wilson alleging that Dick Cheney, Karl Rove, Lewis Libby, and several unnamed administration officials violated their constitutional rights by revealing Mrs. Wilson's employment at the CIA.
