Help-desk vendors show off wares at Help Desk Expo

Several leading Help-Desk software vendors released even more helpful versions of their packages at the Help Desk Institute Conference and Expo, held earlier this month in San Francisco.

* Answer Systems Inc. launched Apriori GT, Version 2.0, an update of the company's help-desk package that includes a new English-language search tool called QSearch. The tool lets help-desk staff search Apriori's database for possible fixes to reported user problems.
