Jul. 26--The architect who designed North Lincoln High School has denied allegations that he failed to design the school in compliance with accessibility codes, according to a recent court filing.
In March, the Lincoln County school board filed a lawsuit against architect Atilla Orkan and his firm, Orkan Architect PA, following an Office for Civil Rights investigation into whether Lincoln County's high school athletic facilities are accessible to people with disabilities.
