The cash-strapped developers of a half-finished golf course in northern Baltimore County may have found their financial angel.

Though Don Airey and Ray Daue wouldn't name names, the partners in Blackstrap Development Co. said they are close to getting the $3 million cash infusion they need to complete Greystone, an 18-hole public course in White Hall.

"I would say that in two weeks it will all be consummated," said Daue, vice president of Blackstrap.

Airey, Daue and two partners have been trying to build the upscale golf course since 1989, when they plunked down $2.7 million for 310 rolling acres 3.5 miles east of Interstate 83.

And while the course is 65 percent completed, a two-year legal battle with a White Hall community group …
