Two Cuban democrats and patriots died, in very different circumstances. One died in exile, at almost 100; the other died in the hands of Castro's police, at 47. The first was Emilio Ochoa, called "Millo," who was the last remaining signer of Cuba's 1940 constitution. He had to flee his country in the early 1960s, but, in all the ways available to him, he never stopped fighting for Cuban freedom and democracy. Rep.
