Jul. 16--MILFORD -- When it comes to cracking down on graffiti, call them the "God squad." Don't be alarmed if it's late at night and you see cars driving slowly through the streets of the Devon section of the city. The cars are likely filled with members of the Kingdom Life Christian Church, and the congregation's leader, Bishop Jay Ramirez, may be among them.

The "God squad" is looking for graffiti artists, who for the past few months have tagged at least five of their buildings, sometimes repeatedly. The rash of graffiti has led the church to offer rewards, and this week members began mobilizing late at night to patrol the streets. …
