Ferrari to Vatican: Sinning Can Be Good
In response to the Vatican's release of its "Guidelines for the Pastoral Care of the Road,'' Amedeo Felisa, Ferrari's general manager, told Reuters that driving a Ferrari is not a sin. The Vatican frowns on using a vehicle "as a means for outshining other people and arousing a feeling of envy.'' Felisa admitted that some use their cars as status symbols but claimed most buy Ferraris out of love for driving. If driving a Ferrari is a sin, "you should commit at least one from time to time,'' he said.
