Jul. 5--It took florist Norman Silk by surprise.
As the owner of Blossoms in Birmingham, Silk said he got a call a year ago about doing the flowers for a huge wedding this Saturday.
"Then I got six more calls back-to-back for the same date," he said. "I was wondering what was going on."
