Jun. 29--The restored state Capitol is full of leaks, but not the kind that make for front-page intrigues.

Workers have repaired water leaks in the governor's office on the third floor and the House speaker's office on the ground floor.

A Senate office is off-limits until it's dry. During downpours, water drips from the skylight that allows natural night into the 27,000-square-foot underground annex.
