This nouveau northern Italian is located in the newly opened Haymarket Hotel, by the same people who brought London the uber -trendy Covent Garden, Charlotte Street and Soho hotels.
Ambience: With the exterior designed by the 18th-century Regency architect John Nash--who also built Buckingham Palace--the hotel and restaurant retain an air of refinement. The interior exudes a cheery modern quirkiness, with bright purple and pink wallpaper, upholstered chairs and whimsical metal umbrellas for the overhead lights.
