Responding to a complaint, Harvard police officers eventually came along, asked to see IDs, and quickly learned that all present were Harvard students and that the festivity was administration-approved. The police left the students to their merriment, with the suggestion that they "keep the noise down." Unluckily, it was a joint gathering of the Association of Black Harvard Women and the Black Men's Forum.
