May 27--Howard High School is the latest example of the union stepping in when relationships between staff members and administrators go awry.
Ann DeLacy, president of the Howard County Education Association, likens the situation at Howard High to that at Patapsco Middle School last year.
DeLacy said the union met with top system administrators after Patapsco's staff clashed with Carol Mohsberg, the principal. Mohsberg left the school system at the end of the 2005- 2006 academic year.
