Eagan, Minn.-based truckload carrier Major Transport sold certain assets on May 2 to Major Transport of Indiana, a new company formed by the Oren family, which also owns St. Paul, Minn.-based truckload carrier Dart Transit Co. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The two companies will operate as "separate but collaborating companies," according to Major Transport.
