May 18--Gracie Maddox has wanted to be a star since she was a toddler and now she has the opportunity, thanks to "Dr. Phil."
"Dr. Phil," seen at 3 p.m. Monday through Friday on WFIE-TV (Owensboro cable channel 4), winds up his "Make My Kid a Star" series Monday.
Gracie, who will be 12 years old in July, finished taping the programs in mid-March. She said Wednesday afternoon during a telephone interview from Burbank, Calif., that she knows who won, but because of contest rules cannot divulge the winner.
Her dad, Kurt Maddox, of Centertown, said her family and friends will not be disappointed when they see the show.…
