First-rate business studies site needs design tweaks
Daniel Griffin is impressed with the content of Emerald Management First, but feels the presentation should be slicker

Emerald Management First is an online library of specialist business reports, interviews, analysis and journal articles, fed from a global selection of business schools and universities. There is also access to some of Emerald Publishing's treasure chest of business information and editorial opinion to add to the mix.
The site is organised into 11 main sectors, or communities as Emerald refers to them: management and leadership; marketing; change management; strategy; e-business, IT and finance; quality management; healthcare management; knowledge management; and human resources. The public sector also has its own space.
While the site's opinion pieces, guru interviews, features and executive summaries are plucked from Management First databases, some of the content originates in Emerald's journal portfolio which is held at sister site, Emeraldinsight.com.
