The IPC board director, Philippa Brown, has been named chief executive of Omnicom Media Group UK. She joins in July, and will report to Colin Gottlieb, the chief executive of OMG EMEA. The heads of all of OMG's UK agencies, including OMD UK, Manning Gottlieb OMD, PHD and OPera, will report to Brown. The group has combined billings of pounds 1.2 billion.
