Virgin Media has accused Sky of being 'abusive' and of stifling its ability to compete in the pay-TV market, according to High Court papers The papers reveal that Sky twice offered to pay Virgin nothing for its channels, while simultaneously raising its price from pounds 23.6 million to pounds 48.4 million. Sky will file its defence next month.
