High River--A stranger, who lays claim to the name of J.C. Gordon, accompanied by his wife, blew into town recently from Calgary, and created a mild sensation on Monday evening when he deliberately leaped out of the hotel window to the ground. His wife sounded the alarm and assistance came when it was found that Mr. Gordon was suffering from two badly broken bones below the knee. He was removed to the High River Hospital where he is being treated.

Since writing the above, we have gleaned sufficient information which tends to show that Mr. Gordon's real name is Milton Harkley, of Oakville, Ontario, and that he is not married to the young woman at all, he having ...
