Apr. 19--Residents will have another opportunity to make public comments on whether Mecklenburg County should borrow money to move a rail line and make road improvements related to the Bryton development across from North Mecklenburg High School. The amount of money Mecklenburg County would need to borrow increased from $29 million to just over $33 million since Tuesday's public hearing was announced, leading the county commissioners to keep the hearing open for another two weeks to May 1.
