Carl Grant leaving VTLS.(Visionary Technology in Library Solutions Inc.)(Brief article)

VTLS announced in late February that Carl Grant, its president of four years, will vacate that post April 15. Former president and current CEO Vinod Chachra will resume the president's position as well as continue as CEO.
