Apr. 15--MIRAMAR -- It was the first day back from Spring Break but it felt more like the start of a new school year for students at Dolphin Bay Elementary.
Almost 600 youngsters began classes at a permanent new campus on Tuesday. Dolphin Bay had been housed in portable classrooms at Silver Trail Middle in Pembroke Pines since fall 2005.
"It's like the first day of school again," said fourth-grader Abigail Jerome, 10.
