If the word limo conjures images of a 104-foot-long 1978 Lincoln Town Car with 42 smoked windows, a TV antenna and a bubbling hot tub in back filled with strippers, you're not alone. It was with this imagery in mind that we headed to Las Vegas for the National Limousine Association's convention, swim trunks packed in the luggage. Unfortunately for us, that image was somewhat skewed.
While it's true there are some limos with hot tubs in the back, and there probably have been some with strippers swimming in them at one time, it turns out the limousine business as a whole is far more wholesome and professional.
