This release is a repackaging of two image-manipulation software tools from Serif -- Draw Plus 6.0 and 3DPlus 3.0.
Draw Plus is the core of Graphic Design Studio, and is essentially a drawing package, rather than a tool for photo-manipulation. This means it's more appropriate for creative folk who might create illustrations from scratch, rather than digital snappers keen to touch-up their efforts.
The trouble is that Draw Plus 6.0 now looks pretty dated (it's a six-year-old application now republished at a low price) and anyone serious about digital illustration will want a more modern tool. There are guides to help things along ...
