Seoul, 31 March: South Korea and the US agreed to extend final talks on a proposed free trade agreement (FTA) by 48 hours to resolve key differences and to strike a deal in time for the US administration to notify Congress of its intention to sign an agreement, Seoul's chief negotiator said on Saturday [31 March].
