Mar. 31--LAKELAND, Fla. -- On Thursday night, Carlos Guillen and Magglio Ordonez enjoyed a barbecue dinner with friends and family, in honor of Guillen's new four-year, $48-million contract. Less than 24 hours later, Guillen and Ordonez stood at their lockers -- side-by-side, as always -- and pondered, with solemn faces, the notion of starting the 2007 season without 17-game winner Kenny Rogers.
